Sky Leaping

Another Rain World fan art! For all those moments you leap for a pole and just grab it, or not xD

I really wanted to do another painting, and had this in mind, but when I first started nothing was going right. The brushes felt weird and none of them seemed to work, I was at first using a smooth tool and it ended up too smooth aha, and the colors weren't working. tbh I also actually wanted to do a speedpaint too but, I kinda didn't know what I was doing xD I left this for a bit but came back to it after watching a couple advice/tips video on digital painting. I took my time and played with the brushes and settings, and I don't know when but eventually everything started to work again after a while of experimenting. I finally worked out the colors and shading (I decided to use colors from Sky Islands), and found a brush I could work well with. Using the advice I found I had a footing of where to start and where to go with painting, and so this piece ended up being me just practicing all of that. Hope you guys like it c:
